Mrs. S.Susheela is a Senior Counsel with 33 years of Professional experience, practicing in the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore. She is an author and a columnist. She has authored three books on Mediation:

- Change Through Mediation
- Madhyasthike Odugara Kaipidi –(in Kannada language).
Mrs. S.Susheela is a trained Mediator and Trainer associated with Bangalore Mediation Centre and M.C.P.C. Supreme Court of India, who has trained many advocates, Judges of Lower and Higher Judiciary, and Professionals from various walks of life in Mediation. She is constantly involved in rendering her services in the field of Training of Trainers in Mediation.
